  • Experience in working across diverse public systems, and socio-political formations. Have a cumulative body of knowledge and experience across sectors and regions, specifically in Odisha.
  • Worked experience with Government departments, banks, NGOs, INGOs, Corporate, Networks and Consulting firms including local government, Panchayati Raj Institutions, Urban Local Bodies and also with other community-based organizations (CBO).
  • A multidisciplinary team with eleven members’ Governing Body to supervise and conducts overall affairs of Sneha Abhiyan, a core team of professionals working as facilitator and modulator and a second level Professional team assists in every field. Besides, Sneha Abhiyan also has a dedicated team of volunteers of about 112 who come forward as and when required.
  • Sneha Abhiyan takes up the capacity building of “the workers of other grassroots organization, the staff of different committees/bodies formed under various government schemes, transfer of rural technologies, consulting services to the government and other agencies in terms of evaluation, research, training, documentation”.
  • In the recent past, Sneha Abhiyan has conducted training for Rogi Kalyan Samiti, Village Disaster Management committee, School management committee, Training to Anganwadi worker, training to Panchayat Raj Institutions, etc.
